The Pod and apps are compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones which meet the minimum configuration requirements:

– Premium Android phones from 2017 and later with Android version 9.0 and higher

How can I charge my Pivo Pod and what is the battery life?

A depleted battery takes just 1 hour to charge with a standard 5VDC charger but can vary according to your USB cable rating and/or power source.

You can use a fully charged Pod for up to 10 hours (this may vary depending on the features being used).

I ordered a Pod One but received a Pod Red instead, are they the same product?

We’ve recently updated the names of some of our Pods. The box might still showcase the previous name but we can assure you it’s the right product.
