Cosina has been on a roll the previous few weeks, having launched a set of lenses again in February and a pair of 40mm F2.8 primes for Leica cameras yesterday. Right now, the corporate continues its launch with the announcement of a brand new Voigtländer Nokton 23mm F1.2 handbook focus lens for Fujifilm X-mount digicam programs.

The handbook lens, which gives a ~35mm full-frame equal area of view (and F1.8 equal aperture), is constructed of 10 parts in six teams, together with one double-sided aspherical aspect and two low-dispersion parts. Cosina says the optical building is ‘optimized for the picture sensor of Fujifilm X-mount cameras’ and the lens options electrical contacts for transmitting EXIF information, focus affirmation and different data required for optimum efficiency with Fujifilm’s in-body picture stabilization.

Different options embrace a clicked aperture ring, a 12-blade aperture diaphragm, an aperture vary of F1.2 by way of F16, a minimal focusing distance of 18cm (7″) and a 46mm entrance filter thread. The lens measures roughly 59mm (2.3″) in diameter by 44mm (1.7″) lengthy and weighs 214g (7.6oz).

The Cosina Voigtländer Nokton 23mm F1.2 Aspherical lens is scheduled to be launched subsequent month for ¥90,000 / ~$780.
